About the role

The church has a $26,000 annual worship personnel budget. Christ Community Church is an Evangelical Free Church looking for a Worship Leader to build and shepherd a worship team and to work with the Lead Pastor on music that fits the Sunday sermon. Services are blended, with one or two hymns each week alongside contemporary songs. The role leads at least one rehearsal a week, keeps weekly office hours, oversees sound, slides and the livestream, and supports the Saturday afternoon service as needed.
