By purchasing this service from Ministry Marketing LLC d/b/a Church Posting (“Company”), you (“Client”) agree to enter Client’s social media credentials into Client’s churchposting.com
account and maintain an active credit or debit card in Client’s account. Company will attempt to post content to the social media accounts based on the information Client provides. Company will retrieve, on a weekly basis, thirty minutes of the Client’s recorded live streamed content from the site address provided by the Client, create captioned short form video content, and schedule and post content on the Client’s social media accounts. If Client posts multiple content streams (e.g. multiple Sunday services, Wednesday evening, Saturday services, etc.), content will be retrieved from a single stream as designated by Client. If Client does not designate a specific stream, Company will retrieve the earliest weekly stream by default.
Content will be scheduled for daily posting from Tuesday through Monday each week. If Post Approval service is requested, posts will be scheduled for daily posting Wednesday through Tuesday each week. Client approval of posts is required by end of day Tuesday each week, to ensure the posts are published. New Clients that purchase the service and complete all set up information by 4:00 p.m Eastern Standard Time on Friday will have posts published the following week.
In the event that the connection to any social media account is broken or disabled, inactivated or deleted, for any reason, it is the Client’s responsibility to re-establish the connection. If the accounts are not connected, and the Company is unable to successfully post content, the Company is not responsible for the post(s) unsuccessfully posting on the Client’s social media accounts. Any content not posted during the time period that social media accounts are not connected, due to a broken, disabled, inactivated or deleted connection or account, will not be re-posted, or rescheduled, by the Company.
By providing payment information, Client authorizes Company’s use of and access to the payment instrument Client has chosen to use. By providing Company with this payment information, Client authorizes Company to charge the amount due to this payment instrument. Company reserves the right to change the price for the service at any time. Client is able to cancel the service at any time, and no refunds will be issued by the Company.
This service is a subscription service which automatically renews and will be automatically billed until Company receives notification that Client desires to cancel the subscription.
Ministry Marketing LLC and its directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates will not be liable for any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities and expenses including legal fees from Client’s use of the Service.
Except where prohibited by law, by using this Service Client indemnifies and holds harmless Ministry Marketing LLC and its directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates from any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities and expenses including legal fees arising out of Client’s use of Company’s Service or Client’s violation of these Terms and Conditions.
By completing purchase of this service, Client affirms the reading and understanding of these Terms and Conditions and agrees to abide by them at all times.
