Church bulletin templates
Pick a design, type Sunday's order of service, and print a folded bulletin or save a PDF. It all runs in your browser, so nothing you type leaves your computer.
Choosing a ready-made order replaces the lines below. Click into a line and two more controls appear under it: a note, such as a hymn number, and a box to tick when the congregation stands.
Covenant OS builds this bulletin from Sunday's plan each week, so nobody types the order of service twice. The beta opens Tuesday, December 1, 2026, and beta churches use it free.

Printing it
Folded letter
Open Preview and print (on a phone it is the second tab), choose Folded letter, then press Print or save as PDF. The page is already set to print sideways on letter paper. In the print window choose two-sided printing and "flip on short edge," which some printers call short-edge binding. Both pages print on one sheet, and you fold it in half with the cover on the outside.
If your printer prints one side at a time, test with a single sheet. Print page 1 alone, and before you lift the sheet out, pencil a mark on the corner nearest you. Set the sheet back in the paper tray and print page 2 alone. If page 2 prints on top of page 1, the sheet needed turning over, and if it prints upside down, it needed turning end for end. Take a fresh sheet, load it that way, and load the full run the same way.
Half sheet
Each page holds two copies. Print page 1 on the front of the sheet and page 2 on the back, with the same short-edge setting, then cut the stack down the middle, and one sheet of paper makes two bulletins.
Settings and PDF
In the print window, set the paper to letter, the scale to 100 percent and the margins to none where those settings appear. To keep a PDF, choose Save as PDF as the printer. On an iPhone or iPad, tap the share icon at the top of the print screen and choose Save to Files.
Song lyrics and the license line
A song's title, number and author are fine to print. Printing the words of a song still under copyright needs permission, and most churches get it through a license from CCLI (Christian Copyright Licensing International). Type your license number under Contact and license and it prints on the back of the bulletin.
Where your bulletin is saved
The bulletin is saved in this browser on this device, and Church Posting never sees it. To work on it from another computer, use More, then Download a backup file, and send that file to the other computer by email or on a USB drive. There, open this page and use More, then Open a backup file.
