• Worship Leadership Residents will join the Worship Minister and Lead Pastor in leading Crosspoint to behold God’s glory through the gospel in our corporate worship services. Residents will pursue three areas of growth:
• Character: Being a disciple and making disciples,
• Conviction: Standing on sound doctrine, and
• Competency: Mastering worship leadership skills.

The primary goal of the residency is to establish a firm, biblical doctrine of worship that is ready to be applied through life and ministry in the context of the local church.
