Ask a local congregation which prayer book, province and diocesan authority it follows; the broad Anglican label alone does not settle those questions.

The label helps you find churches to contact. A church's published confession and the answers its leaders give explain what members are taught. Open the church's website from its listing, look for its beliefs or membership page, and bring any unanswered questions to the church office.
