classroom education and the realities of pastoral ministry. Join a growing, multi-ethnic church located on the rim of metro DC, dedicated to pointing people to life in Jesus Christ. Our ministry residents and interns assist staff and volunteer ministry leaders through hands-on ministry experience.
- Residency: 1 to 2 year deep-dive into ministry leadership.
- Internship: 3-to-6-month experience spanning a semester or summer.
Expectations & Benefits
- Commitment: 20 hours per week, including Sundays, meetings, and ministry projects.
- Compensation: Residents and interns receive $25 per hour.
- Housing: Local housing with a family from our congregation is available.
- Flexibility: Participants are encouraged to supplement their income with an additional part-time employment.
