The Bridge is looking for a Connections Coordinator at our next campus to help every person feel known, connected, and discipled. This role will bridge the gap between first-time guests and long-term followers through hospitality, follow-up, and intentional connection. They will execute systems that welcome and connect people into community and service.
Our Connections Coordinator is relational and strategic - loving people and guiding opportunities for them to engage. They will assist the Campus Pastor in caring for attendees by learning the names of all that attend, identifying next steps, and shepherding. This role will oversee guest follow-up, coordinate attendee next steps, and monitor progress of spiritual growth.
