RESPONSIBILITIES Design, develop, and launch email campaigns that help people engage and stay connected with what's happening at Elevation Church Proofread every email for clarity, spelling, and brand consistency Manage email lists and perform routine list maintenance Communicate promptly and accurately with ministry teams on project requests Understand the groups of people we have in our database to ensure we’re connecting with our groups in meaningful ways Monitor engagement performance, analyze data, and recommend improvements Ensure all emails follow best practices MUST-HAVES Active participation in a church (we look for a lifestyle of inviting people to church, volunteering, generosity, and prioritizing community) Proven experience as an Email Marketer, Digital Marketer, or related field Proficiency in marketing automation technology Ability to analyze correspondence data Familiarity with analytics and database tools Strong portfolio of HTML email samples High attention to detail Strong time management skills NICE-TO-HAVES Experience working in a non-profit environment or ministry setting Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field Experience with Salesforce and Marketing Cloud Experience with Asana Familiarity with Elevation Church Proficiency in graphic design Strong written communication and copywriting skills DAY-TO-DAY We’re a Sunday-Thursday work environment .
Monday-Thursday, we’re in the office (8:30AM - 5PM); on Sunday, we’re supporting the weekend worship experience either directly in our roles or by choosing a weekly serving opportunity at one of our Elevation Church campuses.
We’re also not afraid to pivot a strategy or project quickly to meet the needs of the weekend - adaptability is a key competence for us.

MUST-HAVES

  • Active participation in a church (we look for a lifestyle of inviting people to church, volunteering, generosity, and prioritizing community)
  • Proven experience as an Email Marketer, Digital Marketer, or related field
  • Proficiency in marketing automation technology
  • Ability to analyze correspondence data
  • Familiarity with analytics and database tools

NICE-TO-HAVES

DAY-TO-DAY

  • We’re a Sunday-Thursday work environment. Monday-Thursday, we’re in the office (8:30AM - 5PM); on Sunday, we’re supporting the weekend worship experience either directly in our roles or by choosing a weekly serving opportunity at one of our Elevation Church campuses.
  • There’s a lot to accomplish each week, so we’re pretty fast-paced. We’re also not afraid to pivot a strategy or project quickly to meet the needs of the weekend - adaptability is a key competence for us.
  • Yes, we work hard. But we’re good at playing hard, too. We’re a creative staff, so there’s no shortage of activities around our offices to have some fun!
