Church Bulletin Template for Word
A church bulletin template gives you the pages in order: a cover, the order of worship, this week's announcements and a page for prayer, giving and next Sunday. Fill in the week, pick a style, and download a four-page Word file at half-letter size that folds into a booklet when you print it double-sided.

Printing the folded booklet
The file is four pages at 5.5 by 8.5 inches. In Word, choose File, Print, Page Setup, and set Multiple Pages to Book Fold on letter paper, landscape, then print double-sided. Google Docs and Pages open the file too. If you add hymn words and the file runs past four pages, delete a verse or shorten the announcements until it comes back to four, since a booklet needs a multiple of four.
What goes where
The cover carries the church name, date, sermon and a welcome line. The second page is the order of worship, with a blank line wherever the service has a part you have not filled in. The third page holds announcements and the hymn words, which is where most churches need the room. The fourth page holds prayer requests, a line for giving, next Sunday and the church's contact details.
