- Duties & Responsibilities, not limited to: Lead weekend worship at the Benton campus Lead weekly rehearsals with the worship team Develop and equip current and new volunteers Collaborate in song selection with Worship Arts Develop the worship experience in Benton Participate in ideation and brainstorming meetings Chart, compile and articulate all musical ideas for the worship team Schedule all musicians and tech positions Set up any changes of weekly band instrumentation Be equipped to operate the sound system in case of emergency Preferred Spiritual Gifts: Music / Instrumental Music / Vocal Leadership Status: Contract Hours: 10hrs Reports To: Benton Campus Pastor
Job Summary: The Benton Campus Worship Leader is primarily responsible for leading worship at the Benton Campus while developing a healthy volunteer base.

Primary Accountabilities: The individual filling this position will be held accountable to the following goals and will be successful in this position if these goals are met:
- The Benton Campus will have a developed team of volunteers helping lead worship each weekend.
- The Benton Campus will have a strong vibrant worship experience that helps people grow closer to Jesus.
Duties & Responsibilities, not limited to:
- Lead weekend worship at the Benton campus
- Lead weekly rehearsals with the worship team
- Develop and equip current and new volunteers
- Collaborate in song selection with Worship Arts
- Develop the worship experience in Benton
- Participate in ideation and brainstorming meetings

- Schedule all musicians and tech positions
