Jentezen Franklin Media Ministries (JFMM) is seeking a talented and creative Broadcast Video Producer to join our media team.

This position plays an important role in creating compelling, high-quality content that carries the message of the Gospel to audiences around the world. The ideal candidate is a well-rounded video professional who is equally comfortable behind the camera and in the edit suite, with strong skills in cinematography, lighting, editing, and visual storytelling.

The Broadcast Video Producer will help take projects from concept to completion - planning and filming interviews and stories, creating professional lighting setups, capturing cinematic footage, and editing finished content for television, digital platforms, ministry initiatives, donor communication, and special projects.

We are looking for someone who brings both creative vision and technical excellence to every production. This person should understand how camera work, lighting, composition, music, pacing, graphics, sound, and editing come together to tell powerful stories that connect with people.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Produce, film, and edit high-quality video content for Jentezen Franklin Media Ministries, including television broadcasts, ministry stories, testimonies, promotional pieces, commercials, fundraising content, and special projects.
  • Operate professional cinema and broadcast cameras for interviews, studio productions, field shoots, events, and other ministry productions.
  • Design and execute professional lighting setups for interviews, testimonies, promotional shoots, and other productions.
  • Take projects from concept through completion, including pre-production, filming, editing, finishing, and final delivery.
  • Work closely with producers and the broadcast team to develop creative concepts and determine the best visual approach for each project.
  • Conduct and capture compelling interviews and testimonies with a strong understanding of composition, lighting, camera movement, and visual storytelling.
  • Transform sermons, interviews, testimonies, and field footage into engaging, emotionally compelling stories.
  • Edit weekly television programming and other broadcast content for national and international distribution.
  • Incorporate music, graphics, B-roll, sound design, and other creative elements to strengthen each project.
  • Perform color correction, basic color grading, audio mixing, and final finishing.
  • Prepare and export content according to broadcast, web, and digital delivery specifications.
  • Perform quality control on completed content before distribution.
  • Organize and maintain project files, footage, graphics, and other production assets.
  • Maintain and properly handle cameras, lighting equipment, audio equipment, and other production gear.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while consistently meeting production and broadcast deadlines.
  • Assist with live productions, special events, and ministry shoots as needed.
  • Maintain a high standard of creative, technical, and ministry excellence across every project.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Professional experience in video production, cinematography, and video editing.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects.
  • Working knowledge of Photoshop and other Adobe Creative Cloud applications.
  • Strong experience operating professional cinema and broadcast camera systems.
  • Strong understanding of cinematography, composition, lens selection, exposure, frame rates, camera movement, and visual storytelling.
  • Demonstrated ability to professionally light interviews, people, environments, and studio or field productions.
  • Working knowledge of professional lighting equipment, modifiers, grip equipment, and lighting techniques.
  • Strong understanding of audio recording and microphone techniques for interviews and field production.
  • Strong creative instincts with an understanding of pacing, music, emotion, and how to build a compelling story.
  • Knowledge of professional video formats, codecs, color spaces, frame rates, audio standards, and broadcast workflows.
  • Ability to perform color correction and create a consistent visual look across multiple cameras and shooting environments.
  • Ability to troubleshoot camera, lighting, audio, and production issues in the field.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to producing polished, professional work.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven production environment.
  • Ability to receive creative direction while also bringing original ideas and creative solutions to projects.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and collaborative skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of a project from initial concept through final delivery.
  • Flexibility to work occasional evenings, weekends, special events, and travel when production schedules require.
  • A professional demo reel or portfolio demonstrating cinematography, lighting, editing, and storytelling ability is required.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Television or broadcast production.
  • Documentary and testimony storytelling.
  • Ministry or faith-based media.
  • Commercial or promotional production.
  • Multi-camera production.
  • Studio and location lighting.
  • Motion graphics.
  • Advanced color grading.
  • Audio editing and sound design.
  • Live production environments.
  • Experience producing content for both television and digital platforms.
