- POSITION TITLE: KSG Director REPORTS TO: Children’s Pastor STATUS: Volunteer Leader PURPOSE OF THE ROLE To lead and coordinate the New Hope Kids KSG event on Wednesday nights.

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
To lead and coordinate the New Hope Kids KSG event on Wednesday nights. This person will be responsible for growing and evolving the program into an environment that facilitates spiritual growth and friendship development for the kids in the program.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plans, writes, and executes upper and lower KSG classes on Wednesday nights when in session
- Stocks the KSG rooms with any necessary supplies for KSG activities/ snacks
- Recruiting, scheduling and notifying volunteers and parents for KSG for both age groups
- Casts vision for the development of the KSG students and environments
- Disciples their team and serves as mediator and advocate between team and Children’s Pastor
- Attends quarterly All-Staff meetings (in-person) and semi-weekly Kids Team meetings (in-person or Zoom)
